1. right-click on Local Folders and left-click on New Folder to create a new folder under Local Folders.
This is then titled Archive . The Archive folder is then listed on the left under Local Folders.

2. now click on the context menu in the top right-hand corner, then on Settings and then on Account settings.

3. in the window that then opens, click on Copies & folders in the left-hand area and activate the Save archive at
field on the right-hand side. Then select Other folder and select Local Folders > Archive as the storage location.

4. to confirm that all steps have been carried out correctly, the following symbol is now displayed next to the archive folder.

5. emails can now be archived in two ways: Either an e-mail can be opened and the Archive button clicked or this option can also be selected by right-clicking on an e-mail.
