1. access the account settings by left-clicking on youre-mail account and selecting the"Settings" option

2. select the"More identities..." button.

3. click on the"Add..." button.

4. a new identity can be configured in the following window. Among other things, new e-mail addresses,
signatures, automatic move rules and S/MIME certificates can be added to the identity. Finish setting up the identity,
by clicking on the"OK" button.

5 From now on, you can select the created identities in the "From" field when writing a new email. Depending on whether you have defined a signature in the
previous window, this will also be added automatically when you select the identity in the email.
