To view a calendar that has already been shared but not yet subscribed to, the following steps must be taken:1. Navigate to the calendar window.
2. click on the plus symbol under "Subscriptions".
3. enter the user ID.
4. click on the desired user (1), then click on the shared calendar (2).
5. the subscribed folder should now appear in the calendar window.
