Mail - Automatically move circular mails with Thunderbird

Note:
These instructions only apply to Landau identifiers!


NOTE:This rule only applies to Thunderbird. We recommend setting up the filter rules in SOGo, as Thunderbird only applies locally
applies locally and rules defined in SOGo apply universally for every end device.

1. first right-click on Inbox so that the context menu opens. Select New folder from the context menu.

2. a dialog opens in which the folder can be renamed. Any folder name can be assigned there, for example Rundmails. Then click on Create folder to confirm. The new folder then appears on the left in the folder list.

3. in order to be able to set up a forwarding, a filter must be set. To do this, first click on the menu on the right-hand side of the window and then on Filter. Then click on Filter again to open the filter menu.

4. click on New on the right-hand side of the window to open the dialog for setting a filter.

5. any name can be assigned to the rule under Filter name, e.g. circular mails. Enter [EmployeeLD]
in the empty field. Then go to Select folder , select Inbox and click on the folder created, in this case Rundmails.
Then click on OK and close the window that is still open.
